We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share or disclose your information to third parties, except as expressly disclosed in this Privacy Policy to operate the service or when you explicitly connect a third-party platform.
We use your information (both Volunteered Information and Logged Information) for internal purposes such as providing Services, sending notifications, responding to requests, improving the Services, and soliciting feedback.
From time to time, we may contract with trusted Service Providers (e.g., payment processors, data storage, hosting) to provide certain services. Each Service Provider must agree to protect your data and not use it for any other purpose.
Sharing with Connected Platforms:
When you choose to connect your account to third-party platforms (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram) to utilize our scheduling and publishing tools, we transfer specific data (such as images, captions, and post scheduling times) to those platforms solely to execute the actions you request.
Google API Notice:
We integrate with Google APIs, including Google Business Profile, solely to provide core features of GBP Rank AI.
We do not use Google user data to develop or train AI/ML models.
Data accessed via Google APIs is handled in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Meta / Instagram Platform Data Notice:
We integrate with the Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Graph APIs to enable content scheduling and publishing features.
We may use, and disclose to third parties, certain aggregated Logged Information (e.g., number of visits, page views) that does not identify you individually.
We may share your information if we are merged, sold, or transfer assets as part of a transaction.
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect GBP Rank AI, its users, or others.
We retain your personal data and connected platform tokens only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
Revoking Access: You may disconnect your Google, Facebook, or Instagram accounts at any time within the application settings. This immediately stops our access to those platforms.
Deletion Instructions: If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including access tokens, scheduled posts, and personal information), please email us at privacy@GBPRank.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and confirm deletion within the timeframes required by applicable regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications (“Other Sites”). We do not endorse or sponsor Other Sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read the privacy policies of each website you visit.
Information is stored using industry-standard security procedures to protect from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to protect information, but cannot guarantee or warrant security.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have received information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
