At GBP Rank AI, we value your privacy and provide transparent ways to manage and delete your data. According to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform rules, we provide a User Data Deletion Instructions URL to inform users how to delete their data from our platform.

How to Disconnect Your Meta Integration

If you wish to remove our access to your Facebook or Instagram account, you can do so directly within your Facebook settings by following these steps:

Log in to your Facebook Account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click on Security and Login (or Apps and Websites).
Find GBP Rank AI in the list of active apps.
Click the Remove button.

Note: Disconnecting the app will immediately stop the platform from being able to post or schedule content to your accounts.

Requesting Personal Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete all data associated with your account that we have stored on our servers, please follow the request process below.

1. Submission Process

Email your request to privacy@gbprank.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". To process your request accurately, please include the following in your email:

Your full name
The email address used to sign in to GBP Rank AI
Your business name
A brief statement: "I request the permanent deletion of my account and all Meta/Instagram integration data."

2. What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving your request, we will purge the following information from our active databases:

Access Tokens: All Meta/Instagram OAuth and Refresh tokens.
Platform Identifiers: Your connected Facebook Page IDs and Instagram Business Account IDs.
Content Logs: History of scheduled, published, or failed post logs associated with your account.
Media Assets: Any cached image/video URLs or references stored for your scheduled posts.
Personal Info: Your user profile and login mapping.

3. Timeline

Once we verify your identity, we will complete the data deletion process within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is finalized.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). However, all platform-specific data related to Meta and Instagram will be removed as requested.
